Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to InSyncCircle. InSyncCircle is operated by Timeprints (Leshan) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Timeprints," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, family task tools, AI features, paid subscriptions, digital items, and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Parent Responsibility

The Service is designed for families. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating family accounts, managing child profiles, choosing tasks and rewards, supervising child use, and keeping account credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when needed. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our fault.

3. Platform Purchases

Paid products may be offered through Apple App Store, Google Play, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or another purchase platform shown before checkout. The seller or purchase provider, price, tax, receipt or invoice, subscription billing, cancellation, refund, and buyer-support terms shown at checkout apply to that transaction.

Apple App Store purchases: If you purchase digital features, subscriptions, Magic Gems, or other in-app digital entitlements in the iOS App Store version, the transaction is processed by Apple using Apple in-app purchase. Apple may handle payment, taxes, receipts, subscription billing, cancellation, and refund requests under Apple's terms and policies.

Google Play purchases: If you purchase digital features, subscriptions, Magic Gems, or other in-app digital entitlements in the Google Play version, the transaction is processed through Google Play's billing system. Google may handle payment, taxes, receipts, subscription billing, cancellation, and refund requests under Google Play's terms and policies.

Website and official Android purchases through other providers: PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay may process a website or official Android purchase when that provider is shown before checkout. The provider shown at checkout may apply its own account, risk-control, cancellation, dispute, and privacy terms. PayPal terms are available in the PayPal User Agreement and PayPal Privacy Statement.

In App Store and Google Play versions, in-app digital purchases must use the purchase flow required by that store unless the store expressly permits another option. Product access is provided by InSyncCircle after the transaction is completed or after payment authorization is confirmed.

4. Subscriptions, Digital Items, and Entitlements

Paid products may include recurring subscriptions, lifetime access, Magic Gems, preorder benefits, AI-related access, or other digital entitlements. Product details, billing interval, renewal terms, and included benefits are shown before purchase where applicable.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the purchase platform. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Where technically supported and permitted by platform rules, a paid entitlement may be available across your InSyncCircle account on multiple platforms. Some consumable balances, promotional items, or store-specific benefits may be limited to the platform where they were purchased or received.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, cancellation steps, and refund effects are explained in our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be submitted through the purchase platform that processed the transaction.

• For Apple App Store purchases, use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple's subscription management tools.
• For Google Play purchases, use Google Play refund and subscription tools.
• For PayPal purchases, contact us first or use the PayPal Resolution Center where applicable.

After a refund, access to the refunded subscription, digital item, Magic Gems, preorder benefit, or related paid entitlement ends and the related paid digital balance is reversed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload, create, or share harmful, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass payment, subscription limits, safety controls, or account security.
• Interfere with the Service, reverse engineer protected parts of the Service, or misuse APIs or automated tools.
• Use AI features to produce unsafe, illegal, or harmful content.

7. AI and Parenting Content

AI-generated tasks, rewards, reports, and parenting suggestions are for family management and educational support. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Parents and guardians remain responsible for reviewing suggestions before using them with children.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, features, content created by InSyncCircle, and related intellectual property, belongs to InSyncCircle or its licensors. You may use the Service only for personal family use under these Terms.

You keep the rights to content you add to the Service. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, display, and use that content to provide and improve the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates safety or legal risk, abuses refunds or payments, or threatens the security or availability of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Platform Rules

When you use a version distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's applicable terms, review rules, payment rules, and subscription rules also apply. Nothing in these Terms is intended to bypass Apple App Store, Google Play, PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay requirements.

A purchase provider's responsibilities are limited to the payment and buyer-support services it expressly accepts under its own terms or applicable law. InSyncCircle remains responsible for the product features and support that we provide.

11. Liability

We work to provide a reliable and safe Service, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InSyncCircle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except where mandatory consumer law in your country or region provides otherwise. Payment, tax, cancellation, refund, and buyer-support matters may also be governed by the terms of Apple App Store, Google Play, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or the purchase platform that processed the transaction.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court as allowed by applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date. Material changes may also be notified through the Service or by email where appropriate.
